We provide onboarding that prioritizes your success with our product. That’s why we have an onboarding team that will look after you from the moment you join Relaymed and continue throughout your journey with us.

Your Relaymed Onboarding Copilot

Our onboarding Copilot will offer you a step-by-step guide within the myRelaymed Portal that will walk you through everything you need to do to get Relaymed up and running. It’s always there for you in the Relaymed portal, so you don’t need to ever worry about losing your place or what is coming next.

Our Process

Our onboarding process is quick and easy, delivered remotely via phone and video conferencing. You’ll have minimal disruption to your business and can schedule it at your convenience. A Relaymed Onboarding Specialist will be assigned to guide you through the process, providing setup, configuration, and training assistance tailored to your needs.

During Stage 1 we will focus on kicking off the onboarding process by walking through all stages and the tasks that will need to be completed to get Relaymed up and running. We will also set a target go-live date on this call.

Portal set up

We will show you how to set up the myRelaymed Portal including inviting users and adding your locations.

Software Agent installation

Our team will help you install the Relaymed Software Agent, a lightweight TCP/IP application that is used to facilitate secure communication from your lab devices to Relaymed. This is the key foundational step that will allow the rest of the onboarding process to proceed. 

During Stage 2 we will be setting up your devices to be connected to the Software Agent, making the connections and ensuring that the connectivity is working. Although each device has a different method for connecting, our onboarding team are experts at understanding the unique types of connections.

EHR mapping

We’ll assist you with the one time setup in the myRelaymed Portal required to map each order type to each device test type you use. Reference ranges will also be defined here in this step, so be ready with these.

Round trip testing

We will run a full end-to-end test with you to check that a result from your device appears correctly in the myRelaymed Portal and in your EHR.

Training

Our onboarding team will train attendees on how to use the myRelaymed Portal as well as any changes to their existing testing workflow.

Go-live

We’ll finalize your go-live date as you’ll now be ready!

The last step of our onboarding process takes place after you have gone live with Relaymed. Our Customer Success team wants to ensure that you’re getting the most out of your Relaymed subscription.
