We provide onboarding that prioritizes your success with our product. That’s why we have an onboarding team that will look after you from the moment you join Relaymed and continue throughout your journey with us.
Our onboarding process is quick and easy, delivered remotely via phone and video conferencing. You’ll have minimal disruption to your business and can schedule it at your convenience. A Relaymed Onboarding Specialist will be assigned to guide you through the process, providing setup, configuration, and training assistance tailored to your needs.
You’re assigned a Customer Success Manager who will be your go-to person at Relaymed. They will set up with one of our onboarding specialists to go over what your onboarding experience will look like and give you the lay of the land on how we will work with you to get Relaymed up and running.
Our team will work with your electronic health record (EHR) vendor on all of the requirements for activation and configuration. They will then walk you through connecting all of your devices to our software agent and make sure they are successfully transmitting results.
We will train you and your team on how to use the MyRelaymed Management Portal to review results and pull results and QC reports.
We provide ongoing support for any issues that arise via phone, web chat, email and our knowledge base portal.
