We all need help sometimes. That’s why we have an onboarding services team so you can hit the ground running with your Relaymed subscription.

All of our onboarding services are delivered remotely, via phone and video conferencing. This means there’s minimal impact on you and can be scheduled when suits you best.

Our onboarding services were designed to help you get value from Relaymed as quickly as possible and without being time intensive on your end. Our service packages are matched to meet your business needs.

Basic onboarding

Overview
Our Basic onboarding service is for all new customers to help them get their first location and first device connected and sending results to their EHR. Hassle free. Once we’ve trained you on this first device, you’ll then take over and complete the rest of your setup. And the same is true for your training, where we’ll train the trainer.

What’s included

  • Kick-off call at the start of your Relaymed subscription
  • Access to Help Center resources
  • Access to all of the Relaymed Support Team
  • Administrator training session

With a dedicated Onboarding Specialist you’ll be able to launch faster and start making the most of your Relaymed subscription. You will be guided through all setup and your team fully trained to ensure success. This will greatly reduce your personal implementation overhead. These are available in two packages, depending on the needs of your organization — Professional and Enterprise.

Professional onboarding

Overview
Our Professional onboarding service is for those who would like more assistance from our Onboarding Specialists. Your Onboarding Specialist will be your personal guide every step of the way and make sure you have everything you need. They’ll help you setup your first location and get all the devices at that location connected and sending results to the EHR.

What’s included

  • An assigned Onboarding Specialist for the first 60-90 days from the start of your Relaymed subscription
  • Your Onboarding Specialist will provide:
    • Full setup and configuration assistance
    • Staff training sessions
  • Access to Help Center resources
  • Access to all of the Relaymed Support Team

Enterprise onboarding

Overview
A dedicated onboarding services tier for our enterprise customers and their unique onboarding needs. Our professional project manager will ensure a seamless implementation across your enterprise. Your onboarding service will be customized to your needs to support your resources and team as they implement Relaymed.

What’s included

  • An assigned Onboarding Specialist for the first 90 days from the start of your Relaymed subscription
  • Your Onboarding Specialist shall provide:
    • Project management for your implementation
    • Weekly project update meetings
    • Staff training sessions
  • Access to Knowledge Base resources
  • Access to all of the Relaymed Support Team
